1. What sizes do you offer? We carry US men's sizes from 7 to 13 (including half sizes on select styles). Check the detailed size chart on each product page for foot length, width, and fit recommendations.
2. Are your shoes true to size? Most styles run true to US sizing. Dress shoes and boots may fit slightly narrow (great for standard feet), while sneakers often have a more relaxed fit. Always refer to the size chart and customer reviews/photos.
3. What are the shipping options and times? We offer three convenient options for US customers:
- Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20 – Fast delivery for when you need it quick
- FREE Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 – Our most popular no-cost option
- Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10 – Balanced speed and value
All orders ship from US warehouses (or trusted partners) with tracking provided. Times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
4. Can I track my order? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check status anytime in your account or on the carrier's site.
5. What is your return & exchange policy? Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused shoes in original packaging with tags attached. We accept returns for most reasons — just contact us to start. Note: Sale/final sale items are non-returnable. Due to hygiene, insoles must remain intact.
6. How do I care for my shoes?
- Leather shoes/boots: Use leather conditioner, polish regularly, and store with shoe trees.
- Sneakers: Spot clean with mild soap, air dry (avoid machine wash unless specified).
- Suede: Use suede brush and protector spray. Always check the care label on your pair.
7. Do you have a physical store? We are currently online-only to bring you the best selection, prices, and convenience across the US.
8. Do you offer international shipping? Currently focused on the US market. If you're outside the US and interested, reach out — we may expand soon!
